Consistent superior service
Our guy was very polite and did a great job on the carpets. There was a tough stain and he work on it as much as he could. He also explained everything that he was doing. The carpet cleaner smelled very nice with a fresh smell. After he was done the carpets and my couches looked brand new.

I love the feeling of the clean carpet and tile after your service. Fabian, who was the most recent technician to clean my house, was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend and/or ask for him again.

Technician came and used a camera to show the state of the ducts and the fan inside the AC units.
He showed dark mold in the supply plenum of one of the units and a heavy coat of dust in both fans before cleaning them up.
Then offered to seal the leaks he found at no additional cost.
Service was done quickly and very professionally done with minimal disturbance.
It gives peace of mind to know we're not breathing that bad stuff.

You guys arrived on time, and the service was great. The pet spots were cleaned thoroughly, and the smell was gone. Very pleased!
What I like most about your service was Cesar. He was very professional, yet engaging with me, the customer, to give me exactly what I was paying for. He went above and beyond explaining what could and could not because of 15 years of wear and tear be cleaned to perfection. So my expectations were out measured by the quality of work performed by him. I would definitely refer your company and especially Cesar. Thank you.
I have uses Zerorez several times, The last 2 cleanings the same young man provided the carpet cleaning and upholstery this visit. He is professional and friendly. He makes sure you are happy with the completed job. Will use Zerorez again.

I had a good experience. The technician was. Courteous, polite, and professional. He did a wonderful job, and I was satisfied with the service I recieved.
The man who cleaned my carpet was fantastic, cordial, fast and efficient. He did an amazing job!
I was less happy with the lady I spoke with concerning the price of the service, which was quoted at no more than my last service of approximately $119. The price she quoted me was around $159. When I said that seemed unreasonable for my small apartment, she seemed unhelpful after I had been a long time repeat customer and asked me if I would like to cancel the service. I found her to be rude.
I know that your pet treatment is not guaranteed but I spent over $500 on 3 rooms and I still smell cat urine in one room..sadly
Oscar Payen was the technician handling our home. He was professional, pleasant, informative, and efficient. It was dark outside when Oscar left as he headed to one more job. Oscar's great attitude makes him a wonderful representative of ZeroRez!
At time of service we did not notice that a stain in living room did not come out.

Our service personnel was early, very professional, explained each step and why he was doing each step. He took time to make our home look wonderful! Everything looked clean and smelled clean, and there wasn't any stickiness.
Personalization and time involved. A bit pricey but all in all the best carpet cleaning you can get. For about 1800 feet of carpet it cost almost 900 and he was here from 11am to 6pm
