I love the "clean" I get and the non-sticky feel. Technicians have always been very nice and helpful.
The texhnician was professional, studious and fast! Scheduling was easy and accommodating. Unfortunately the technician arrived 1 hour outside the original 2 hour window.

Does not use detergent that would leave a film and attract dirt. Good for people who have allergies. Service person was polite and did an outstanding job. Would never want to use anyone else. Only Zerorez.

Everything was very easy to schedule and the technician arrived on time and did a great job.
My husband and I both took the day off. We had the day all planned out. Our scheduled time was 10-noon. The tech arrived about 11:00. Unfortunately his equipment wouldn’t work and we had to sit around and wait for a new truck to come. He finally finished about 2:00. We had to pick our daughter up from school at 3:15. That left us no time to go out to lunch and a movie as we had planned. Kind of a day ruined. I asked the tech - Oscar, maybe? - for a discount and he gave us 10% off. Eh. No apology. We were very disappointed.

Our technician was wonderful. He listened, did excellent and efficient work. I am so pleased with both the carpet and tile cleaning he performed. You now have a loyal customer. Will definately recommend.
Where is my recipe?. I still have some spots to get out. The guy was not ready with a dolly to move furniture. I do feel like I should have rented out a vacuum and products to clean the carpet myself from Kroger’s and have done the job myself for less than $50.00. But thank you I’ll see you and 30 days it might look much better.
