I thought Zerorez was a dry process. The service person Ricardo was excellent and very professional. He explained the process, so I went ahead and had him clean my carpets. He wore shoe protectors, placed liners on the corners of my foyer and hallways and demonstrated care for our home. We also had him add the stain resistance. I would have him back to do more work.

The entire experience was truly professional. Our technician arrived on time and explained each step of the process. Randy was efficient and managed the entire project flawlessly. Even though we had some stains the products used left the carpets deeply clean and renewed. We will highly recommend and will continue to use Zerorez in the future!!

I have always been pleased with the quality of Zerorez carpet cleaning services. I think that
they do the best job around. I had used other services before I knew about Zerorez, but since I have used them, I would not think of calling anyone else!
Most of the original visible spots remain and I'm disappointed this wasn't called to my attention during the service. When the carpets are wet, it's hard to see the stains that are left behind and I didn't notice about 4-5 remaining stains until after the technician left and the carpets were dry. Also, I was not happy about the synthetic odor from the cleaning products. I had to have my windows open for consecutive days with the fans running on top speed before the scent dissipated.
Finally, I scheduled this service based on online "deals." I was stuck paying for 3 carpeted rooms ($300) when the technician said that one of the 3 rooms did not qualify because it was an area rug. I feel I should have been charged only for the 2 rooms that were cleaned -- not even to my satisfaction, at that.
The technician was very friendly and efficient. I appreciate that he walked me through the pricing and need to not clean the shower, preventing a large expense on my end.
The price quoted by telephone for one large room including environmental fees and taxes was $129.00. The service person charged more. Also, even though it was as accident , the cleaning machine that was brought in,fell backwards onto a coffee table with a heavy thud that actually chipped off a fairly large spot of paint. I was glad that it didn’t break the glass on the table, and said those very words to the person, with no more than agreement by him.
I was very satisfied with how the carpet looked, after the cleaning, and would definitely recommend the cleaning service to others.
Zerorez always does an amazing job and has the BEST customer service, knowledgeable staff on site- very hard to find these days and means a LOT when paying for a service.
