I love the job that Zerorez did for us. The first time the man came out (I forget his name) he cleaned our Fellowship Hall and one wing of classrooms. He did an excellent job - he was on time and very professional.

The next time Zerorez came out we had blood stains in our carpet. The blood stains came back after the initial cleaning so Tyler came back a second time. When some of the stains returned, Ron came out to do a heat extraction and had Dave follow up the next day with another cleaning. While Tyler and Dave did an excellent job, they were both late. I was told that Tyler would be here the first time at 11:00 and he did not get here til 2:00 and he was at least an hour late the second time he came. I was told that Dave would be here at 8:30 and he did not get here until 11:00. When Ron came to do the heat extraction, he also was at least an hour late.
We have many activities going on and it creates a hardship for us when the technicians are not on time.
