The carpet was cleaned very well
The whole idea of using just water to clean appeals to me because I have Mohawk Smart Strand carpet.
The young man was very careful setting up so not to scratch my walls. He was on time and did a through job

Smelled good
2nd time I have had carpet cleaned and there were still stains after they left. Looks great when they 1st leave and the. Within a couple of hours it’s dingy again. I bought my own steamer and had it cleaner in 10 minutes.
I would like a partial refund from both.

Cleaning process.
The process didn’t take long
Carpets do not look clean. I expected more for almost $500. I also had a $50 off email that they would not honor.
Was able to schedule a tile and grout cleaning day-of. Excellent service. Very professional with a positive, can-do attitude. Would recommend my technician’s service and would use again.

I love the fact that no chemicals are used, and there's also no soap scum left behind to attract dirt because no soap/detergent is used in their carpet cleaning process.
I like the lack of extreme chemicals. The one thing that kept me from marking a 10 was the fact I did not get a call prior to the tech coming and he showed up an hour earlier. They had asked if I could have him earlier when scheduling and I said NO, but they sent him ahead of the window. Window was 3:30-5:30p and he was here at 2:30p. It was a very pleasant young man who did the cleaning of the carpet.
Technician: Knowledgeable friendly explained work and did what he said would do
Technician was very helpful and very polite. I expected the carpet to be dryer sooner, but nothing you could have done about that. Carpet looks very nice.
The tech that came out was so helpful, he explained my options in such a matter of fact way that I did not feel pressured or up sold, but that I was given well informed choices. He worked efficiently, and the results were an immediate improvement.
We are very loyal to Zerorez and have always been impressed with your staff, but this experience was a little different to be honest, because I was home alone. In no way was I uncomfortable with his presence, and I appreciated his relatability when we discussed things. We have four dogs and they are incredibly protective of me. Even they were calm and two of them are loud mouth, maniac chihuahuas! Even they did not bark at him. I hope you make an effort to retain the tech that treated and cleaned my carpet, he was a wonderful representation of the company. Based on my experience with him, I intend to refer Zerorez to my friends and colleagues. I truly appreciated my entire experience, thank you for making your employee experience a priority.
