Carpet looks great and really clean. The technician was friendly and helpful but not pushy.
Technician is courteous, efficient, and professional. Love the softness of my carpet after it dries. Love the way the carpet nap stays perky afterwards. Love the clean smell - no residue or chemicals. I’ve used Zerorez 3 times and have always been pleased. Highly recommend!

Our technician was very friendly and did a great job removing all the stains on our carpet and cleaning it. He was on time and everything was smooth and easy.
I don’t like writing negative feedback or would want the representative that came out yesterday to get in trouble. He was a genuinely nice person but had zero clue about our engineered wood floor.
Spent 15 min telling me it was NOT Wood after reading the back of “ sample” we had with all the information. I called my husband while he was here and we both right then had no confidence in him doing this job for us when he doesn’t know what he would be working with. ( engineered wood that we put down throughout the downstairs, 14 months ago)
I was the One who asked him if you needed it to be paid for just coming out for estimate. He told me no, so he left. The other 2 companies that came did not charge for estimates. After 10 mins he came back and apologize and asked for the estimate money. Again very nice man but clueless. Please buy him a laser measure rather than metal tape measure.

Price quoted was near price when tech got here.
I told person on phone we had a few pet urine stains and they acted like it was no big deal.
Tech got here and said the one pet stain on a mattress wasn’t worth working on and to get a new mattress and that the pet stain in the carpet was going to cost like $300 to remove. That was never mentioned on the phone.
It was super easy to schedule the technician was wonderful and very thorough. Our carpet looks brand new again!!!

Plain and simple it’s chemical free cleaning. My carpet has NEVER had that rough texture feel that’s left by chemicals drying. Also, the technician that have been assigned to me have always been polite, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this service.

Professional and thorough
Ricky was a very nice young man. He showed me all the pet spots by using his hi definition finder to locate pet stains. He also did not guarantee these odors would be removed because of the damage that seemed too have penetrated the carpeting. There is a lingering odor and I don't think any more applications will be able to remove them.
My young dog, was a big factor adding stains. I have 2 grand dogs who visit on occasion. One male and the female is a new member. I only give a 6 because of the lingering order. That may require new carpeting.
