I have used Zerorez twice now in the past 3 years. When I needed my carpets cleaned because of our new puppy, I knew exactly who to call--I didn't even consider any other company. Zerorez is the best for carpets! The technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly, and don't try to sell you on products and services you don't need. Pricing is up front and scheduling is easy. They call when they are on their way and arrive on time. Zerorez is my go-to for carpet cleaning. They are simply the best around.

The technician should have not continued to clean the vents when he saw loose fiberglass that would blow out the vents when he cleaned them .Give me a 250 refund and charge only for a visit .The fiberglass’s is still coming out .Thanks,Name removed
Service was great and he was quick and on time. I will need to call and have them cone back out for a better treatment on one of our rooms. The pet stains are still strong and we need the better treatment.
The cleaning process removed pet stains which was great. The technician was patient and worked to remove the stains. We were very pleased with Anthony's efforts. The result was great.
The process was as advertised. It did not leave behind a sticky and extremely wet carpet.
The carpet was only slightly damp and dried within the 6 hours suggested.
