Technician was professional and personable. Did a great job.

Air duct cleaning was not what I expected. There was obvious dust debris from the process that covered everything in my home. The technician left soiled handprints all over the wall in the vicinity where he was working the unit he was using he damaged my wall. There is debris coming from my air vent that I had vacuumed up over 15 times. I am still having to debri fall out of my vents.

Carpet cleaning

I had both my carpet and air ducts cleaned. The technicians were on time, polite and courteous.

I used y’all a few years ago but last year I used a company with a steam cleaner. I liked the feel of the carpet after you guys did it so I called this year

We have one room of carpet 18 X18, the rest of the home is concrete or wood. No discount for less work. All total paid 182.94, .56 a square foot. Pricey Happy with the service but not the cost.

I’ve used your company many times, and each time I’ve been able to use a room for my set of stairs. This time, you insisted on charging me for the stairs and didn’t even permit me to use two bedrooms for the set of stairs. I’ve always been a huge proponent of your services, but never again. There is a small local company who has been trying to gain my very regular business, and I will give them my business from now on. Consistency in service and pricing is key, and you will lose more customers with this approach.

Moved into our home about a month ago. The plan was to rip out the old, filthy carpet and replace it. Well.. the best laid plans sometimes fall through. Next choice, Zerorez to the rescue. I have used you guys at our last house and have always been very happy. Technician was on time, I was at work so my boyfriend had to handle things. Our technician called me, we discussed choices for the money I had budgeted. He very professional and courteous. When I got home the carpets looked beautiful. Smelled fresh and clean, spots were gone. I feel we will be able to get a year out of them.

You don’t use chemicals and carpets get clean. The guy who comes actual works for you, which I like.

The floor wasn’t cleaned very well. I expected better. The tech was in and out so fast and I don’t think enough attention was paid to problem areas. It was truly disappointing after hearing so much “hype” about the company.
It felt like a waste of money and time.
