We have old plastic berbur carprt thats hard to clean but you always get it clean.
I had to call them because a couple of spots came back and they were very good about sending someone out the next day

Our tile and grout were awful. Filthy. Embarrassing. Marcus came out and did a test area to make sure we liked what we saw. If we didn’t like it, he would leave and there would be no charge. He was like a miracle worker!!!! Our grout looks brand new. I can’t saw enough good things about the whole process!!! We had another company come out and give us an estimate. My mom recommended you so I gave you a call. Best decision ever!!! Best company and Marcus was fabulous.

I had my carpets cleaned and they look new after 7 years in an apartment with two cats and a long-haired German Shepard.
Also had the air ducts cleaned which was the best decision I could make to improve the quality of my living space without moving into a new place.
Techs are always on time, professional, and courteous. Also, love the "no residue" process.
Cesar, the technician, was great. Very personable and explained everything that needed to be done and how it would be accomplished. He was in and out with little disturbance. I’ve used them before and certainly will again. The carpet looks like new.
The cleaning process is the best I ever had. This time the tech I had was outstanding. Dionate was timely very, professional> He explained why my carpet had more dirt in one area than other area. It is due to what I use to clean my tile. this carries dirt to my carpet. I am thinking about having my tile cleaned when there is a special.. I want to use this tech each time I schedule a service in the future. My carpet really looks good. He even explain the sealant I could get for my carpet and how it would be helpful. I am considering it for the next cleaning. The teh was very knowledgeable and really promoted the company without being threatening/pushy salesman attitude. I think this is my second cleaning but I referred people to you that has used your services.

I am a 75 yr old female, who lives alone and trying to move the furniture was not easy! Since you do not do that. So the $99 for 3 rooms is misleading, when you only clean around the area rugs!
My carpets are very clean and look good. Not impressed with the upholstery cleaning. The ceramic tile and grout cleaning was excellent.

I paid more than I should have for the agreed upon service. I called last week to get clarification and a possible refund. I was told by the phone call taker that she would need to speak with the technician and she would call me back to clear the matter up. Today makes a week since the service was conducted and I have still not received a call back. Meanwhile, the disputed fee has been deducted from my bank account.
I have previously used your service two other times in the last year and I have recommended you to other customers. I was previously pleased with the service rendered but this experience and lack of follow up as promised has damaged my desire utilize your business moving forward. I’m disappointed that a $25 dollar or so discrepancy has not been taken seriously by your staff. At this time I don’t anticipate utilizing or recommending your service again.
