Service pros were here exactly when they said they would be. They were friendly and informative and explained to me each step as they worked. They gave me quotes and options for extra service, so there were no surprises on the final invoice.
After my Grandson spilled my cup of tea on my beautiful grey carpet, I was able to clean it up to the point you really could not see it. I spoke to the technician about it and he said he would make sure he treated it with the proper applications. Everything looked great when he left so I was shocked to walk into the room the next day and see a huge stain just like the original. I called Zerorez and they sent a technician out to check the problem immediately. Robert explained that there must have been more stain in the padding and he was going to extract that and use a misting system to make the stain disappear. He used an oxidizing agent after the extraction still left a little stain. He told me to check the stain the next morning and it looks great. Zerorez does an amazing job and my carpets from Shaw require you use them every 18 months to keep your warranty. I have never been more satisfied with any company than Zerorez.
I like that they are fre of chemicals and the carpet looks clean afterwards.

Your type of cleaning is better than ANY OTHERS I have tried and also reasonal in price.
Unfortunately we were really disappointed with the services as the carpets and rug look the same as before they were cleaned. The few stains that did exist are still there. We were hoping stains would have been removed or at the very least at least look better. The carpets were replaced two years ago so they are not extremely old and have not received a lot of wear and tear.The only thing we were happy with was the ottoman spot cleaning. It does look clean. We were surprised with our disappointment as it was recommended to us by several different friends.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The service tech introduced himself and his trainee, they put on shoe covers, and put the corner protectors on. They were friendly and asked if we wanted extra protections, but there was never any pressure. The rugs look incredible! They also cleaned my sectional couch and it feels better and smells better. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone! Thank you!

I was disappointed in the care the cleaner took in cleaning. There were pieces of furniture he could have moved and our last carpet cleaner put the furniture on small blocks to keep the moisture away from it. We will not be using your services again.
