But I’m the one that has animals and it desperately needed to be done. Doesn’t leave any residue on the carpet

The technician was very professional . Our carpet is several years old—we had it cleaned 2 times in the past. the technician worked on the worn carpet pathways—we are very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use Zerorez again.

Delivered as promised and when I did have minor issues, they corrected them.

Great experience. Terry was our tech and he was great. He was very polite and told me what he would be able to do and made recommendations. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to all my friends!

Tech did great. Scheduling was a nightmare and involved unreturned messages on Facebook and the website. Finally scheduled by phone, and the rep I spoke with was supposed to call back the next day to confirm something, and she never did.

I'd use Zerorez again, but the local management needs to get their act together. People with less patience than me would have long since called any of the other dozens of carpet cleaning services in DFW.
