Timely, friendly, thorough.
I was disappointed in my service. I heard about you guys on KRLD and remembered seeing your van at a neighboring house a couple of years ago. So I thought I would give you a try instead of Dalworth. After the guy left there were areas of my carpet that were left completely untouched. I felt them and they were still dry. I expected a more thorough carpet cleaning and that didn't happen. The guy was nice but I felt the job was not done to the highest standards . It was just "OK" and I expected "WOW" like I see after Dalworth.
First time using Zerorez and I am very satisfied with the work Raymond did. He was very courteous and professional. He presented me with his work order to make sure it was what I requested. He explained every step of the cleaning process and made sure to answer all of my questions. Very polite young man. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and I will be calling again! Thanks!!!
Terry was great, but I do have a spot at the doorway of a bedroom that I would like retreated.

Our rugs and furniture were very wet after the appt.. I thought zero res meant zero residue... took way too long to dry out.

Carpet cleaning!
Carpets look brand new! Also did my kitchen tile which is now shiny clean and grout cleaned. Looks so good! The technician was very knowledgeable and gave me good tips about how to clean my kitchen floor to keep it looking like new.

To Let us speak to supervisor when we are not allowed to clean a room, when there’s one room in question. Or at least compromise to cleaning the room around the spot that company refuses to clean.
I don't know the techs name. His customer service was lacking. The floors stayed wet for hours. He cleaned at 8:30-10 and when we went to bed it was still wet at 10 pm. I chose zerorez because the commercials make it sound as if there's not a lot of water used. Usually after a cleaning the tech gives some tips on what to do like vaccum when dry, etc. He said nothing until I asked some questions. The tech cleaned around everything without adking about moving anything. I had moved some furniture to be sure they cleaned under it. I had to go back and ask him to clean the spot where I had moved the chair. Other items didn't get moved back. Just poor customer service to me.
It makes my carpet look brand new again.
Product is great, no residues. Customer service is very good as well. The whole scheduling process is more automated now since they have first started which is great. I have using Zerorez for several years now and would not replace them for sure.
Caesar was amazing. He was quick, went above and beyond and locating and treating stains, and left the carpet in much better shape than when he started. Plus, they are pet friendly products which is very helpful.
Prompt scheduling Through cleaning of carpet. Prompt followup for recleaning of a couple of spots 2 weeks after initial cleaning.
The Tile cleaned fine but Grout I am very disappointed, I choose Zerorez because the transformation it did on the Grout of a friend house.

The appointment was at 5:30. We did not get a 30 minute call prior to arriving. At 5:45 when he arrived I felt a little rushed.
He was courteous and friendly.
The carpet did not feel clean when dried. Carpet felt stiff. We had a scuff marks( chipped paint) on the wall where tech May have hit while cleaning.
He missed an area. (6’x3’) We discussed moving the sofa so he could clean where it was sitting but remembered when he was all packed up.
Again, service tech was courteous, but I was disappointed with the results.

Service was great, the price was a little much especially for the deep cleaning for pet stain removal for $75 a gallon is insane.
