My technician, Paul, was very courteous. He explained the whole process to me and why the Zerorez water is so "magical." He also cleaned my refrigerator. I'm sold. Next time I will also buy a gallon of the water to clean my stainless steel appliances. My carpet and area rugs look great, just as I heard they would!

The fact that there is no residue afterwards and also the Tech was very thorough in cleaning and explaining how to let the carpet dry and not to open the window to keep any moisture from outside in (Tech that did the job 2nd time around)

I consider Zerorez the best method of carpet and rug cleaning. Very friendly technicians. My only complaint is only one technician out of the many I have had over the years wears the booties over their shoes outside and then steps inside. It makes no sense to me. They track in dirt and mud the same as they would on shoes. One technician put his on when he stepped into the house. But that’s my only complaint. I recommend Zerorez to people all the time.
