Carpet cleaning
Terri did a great job on our upstairs carpet. He was right on time and was very thorough in explaining the service.

I have been a loyal customer of ZeroRez for many years. I have white carpets in my home and rarely have found the technician not able to lift any dirt or pet stains with the ZeorRez method of cleaning.
I have also had my fine wool/silk rugs cleaned. Other than having to wait for them to come back long after they should have been delivered, I found that service to be very good as well.
The tile cleaning option in my bathroom really made a difference.
I have recommended your services to many friends. Some have not chosen to use ZeroRez option as the upcharges for pet stains, etc. made it virtually unaffordable. I have always chosen the additional protectant after each cleaning. It allows the next cleaning to be more successful in my opinion.
I like that it is chemical free.

Safe for kids and pets
We had a couple of problem spots on our carpet. Zerorez took the time to work on them until they were removed. Our technician showed great pride in his work and it was much appreciated!

The fact that harsh chemicals aren’t used
The technician was a10....the results were a 10.... we have had many carpet services in 46 years but never had one who didn't move furniture because he was by himself so I (recovering from back surgery) had to help him....also...don't put the furniture back....every other company put the furniture back with plastic squares under the legs.....then "we don't vacuum" so I had to vacuum all the rooms before he could do his job. Very disappointed in the lack of explanation of your sale....saved money maybe but very poor communication with the customer. The technician felt bad about it all,it did a good job, so nothing but good report on him. Name removed
