Customer service was great. Our technician was friendly and knew his stuff. He worked quickly but was careful with and respectful of our home. He explained everything and checked with us to see which treatments we wanted. Our carpet looks like new. Would definitely recommend zerorez.

My hardwood floor was ruined by one of your employees. You want to charge me $900 to redo with no guarantee that it will fix the problem!

Professional technician, offered to come earlier than scheduled, carpets looked awesome and dried quickly! The price was also quite reasonable.

I like that chemicals are not used in the cleaning process. The young man, Charles who cleaned the carpets was friendly, professional and did an excellent job! I have used this service before and will continue to use it.

My carpet took 7-8 hours to dry and there was an unpleasant odor noted while it was drying. Technician was very professional and courteous!
