After Z Rez left, and I tried to turn on my heat, my furnace and blower wouldn't work or come on. It is a difficult situation when you stretch your budget to include a Z Rez cleaning, then have to repair your furnace when they leave, and they hand you a bill for almost 400.00! The serviceman was absolutely the best - being that he was most courteous and polite - but I don't know what caused my system to go into complete failure after his work was done. Thank THE MOST HIGH that I've got American Home Shield as an insurance against appliance and system failure. I am waiting for the heating technician to give me his assessment as to what caused my system to fail. I only hope that Zerorez will refund my deductible if the problem is assessed to a problem that was created by Zerorez!

Stain removal

I have had two visits already both resulted in a subpar result leaving the carpets smelling of cat urine. No follow up from the company. Multiple requests on my end to ask for this to be correct. It was the single most important thing I requested for the cleaning and it has been ignored.

It got almost all the stains out without extra treatment.

Lack of chemicals used by you.

The representative was very thorough and explained everything to us. We were notified of his arrival time in the arranged window. Our carpets look terrific and we will definitely use Zerorez again.

Everything was explained to me, but I had missed the fine print about the tile square footage limitations, so the work ended up costing me much more than I had anticipated.

Evan was prompt for my early morning appointment. I scheduled a carpet and grout cleaning to complete the renovation of my new-to-me home. My painters were running a little late with removing floor protectors and equipment. I felt horrible that my home wasn’t prepared for Zerorez’s arrival. However; Evan helped me to feel relaxed and worked with me. He suggested that he start in an area of the home that was clear and allow the painters to ready other areas. It was teamwork at its finest hour. Evan allowed me to see the dirt that was being removed from the carpet and explained his process. I loved how the carpet smelled and the tile floor was sparkling. The quality of Evan’s service and attention towards my needs was phenomenal! Thank you Evan and Zerorez! My house now feels like home.

I was disappointed in the pet odor treatment add-on that I selected. I added 4 rooms of that, which added quite a bit to the invoice, and the final results were disappointing.

Absolutely did an awesome job, and was very quick. Also they arrived on time, and was notified when they were about 20 minutes out. Great, quality service!! Will definitely recommend and use services again.

I liked your people the best. Boston and Seth were upbeat, positive guys who worked hard, were attentive to our questions, and knowledgeable about your processes. They did a couple of things for us for free that we appreciated. They made some positive suggestions for additional things we could do without being pushy. When they were done, our carpets looked great !!
