I need my house, bed spreads, and pillows cleaned!
The technician had dirt and dust to blow out into all the rooms! My house is dirty than before Zerorez came out.
There is dirt in my bed spread, pillows, cabinets, and floors. Thank goodness my closets were closed.
The technician missed 2 vents completely.
I do not recommend Zerorez to anyone! I am going to contact the talk show host here in Dallas and let him here from one of your customers.

I'm so glad we decided to do this! We recently moved into an older home where the air ducts had never been cleaned. Zerorez made the process easy to schedule and there was no confusion about their pricing. Our tech was on time, very polite, thorough, took videos of his work for us to see and was careful in our house and didn't leave a speck of mess! I would highly recommend Zerorez Dallas.
No residue on the carpet, and no chemical smell. Dries fast.

On the whole, very happy, easy to set up appointments, time frame for show up is very reasonable. One carpet not as cleaned as i thought it would be, but other places were exceptional!

Eric walked in with a very positive attitude. I walked him through my home and he understood exactly what I needed and he explained how he was going to proceed. Eric was very courteous, professional and did a great job. He left with the same positive attitude that he walked in with. Highly recommend him.
Saying my 12-year-old carpet was absolutely filthy is an understatement. Between two dogs and general wear and tear, I thought the only solution would be to replace it. I did some research on carpet cleaning companies and found Zerorez to be the most highly rated. I scheduled an appointment and Justin arrived on time. We walked through the house, he suggested a treatment and got to work. After 3.5 hours, the job was complete. When I went upstairs to have a look. I was beyond shocked. I literally had tears in my eyes. My carpet looked BRAND NEW! Justin was awesome, explained everything to me - why he recommended certain treatments and not others, etc. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Zerorez. Thanks so much, Justin - you are the best!
