Going into getting Zerorez to come out, I thought I was going to be paying the discounted price, I spent about 400$ and thought I would spend the most 200$. I understand the pee spots but that’s a lot more then I expected. The carpets do look great though

Appreciate the intermittent review of the technician's progress. Also, very happy with the way my carpet looked once finished. The house even smelled better.
I've used Zerorez a few times now with great results. This time, the stains in my bedroom look like they were removed, but once the carpet dried, the stains came back. The last technician we had in November was able to get the carpet looking like new. This time was lacking.

Second time to use y’all and the tech is always her early in my appointment time, friendly and fast. My carpets look great and feel great and price is with my budget, which is tight!
