Communication when rescheduling has occurred.

The people are very polite and do not try to sell you more services when they come. This time was the best the guy even cleaned the corners and edges. He was so careful with my elderly mother to work around her while she slept and he even attempted to clean a spot the last guy would not even try.

My 75.00 a jug tx was not fixong the problem they were to come bacl to fix todY and did not show up

We found that the area rug was not properly clean until it was totally dried. We have to look at the rest of the house to make sure it is clean. Will advice you

I was impressed with your service person. He explained everything he was doing in great detail with both pro/cons about services on one really bad spot. I liked that he did a test clean and we could have opted out at that point. No other service has ever done that for us. We did not opt out and the whole house looks great. The spot I was most worried about was solved with out a shadow. We did have a heavy wear spot that was cleaned well but had a shadow but it had never been cleaned in over five years. Everything looks much, much better. Very happy with the service on my mother's house. Also happy to learn that 'spot cleaning' may make things worse. Next time we'll call sooner.

Well, first of all my carpets are ALWAYS soft, clean and fresh. Scheduling is easy, and every technician I have had has done a stellar job in communication of my options and true needs, and then has done a great job in executing those choices. They are friendly and professional. I appreciate it!

Your driver/tech got stuck in my front pasture so I had to dig his tires out and drove the truck to free it from the soft soil. When I sat down I noticed the tire pressure alert was on along with the engine light. I commented to the tech regarding this and told him I felt the company should have the truck fixed for safety reasons. Another point: the tech had to dump 200 gallons of wastewater on my pasture to lighten the truck.....and then charged me $10.00 for environmental charges....?????? I guess I should have back-charged your company. And then the tech tried to ignore the $99 deal and charge me extra for an area rug that went along with the deal.....but did give me the deal as was promised. The best thing of all this was the tech.....very nice....very efficient.....and should be praised for his customer service.
