My technician was excellent and went the extra mile!
Whenever you leave my carpets a super white and within a couple hours they are right back to what they were? Paid extra for the spot treatment and flash or something like that and some areas smell still
My rugs always look brand new after a cleaning service. The technicians are always knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate.
We had our carpets and tile cleaned. Both are very clean and look great; however, the tile cleaning experience made a HUGE mess for us to clean up the next day. The technician who we liked very much sprayed a solution on the tile to remove the dirt which splashed up onto baseboards, furniture, and basically all around the area he sprayed. Also, it left a white residue on the tile floor. The next day we spent about 2 hours with a mop to re-clean the floor to remove the residue and wiped down all appliances and baseboards. Let me say, again, the tile and carpet are VERY clean and I'm thoroughly happy with that, but the technician either sprayed WAY too much solution or should have gone over the area to wipe down the excess mess. I would get this done again only if I know the technician will wipe down furniture , baseboards, etc. that were sprayed.
You were not able to get basic stains out of the carpet even though we paid quite a bit extra for it. When I called the office the next day to complain; the manager said he would have someone respond the next day which never happened. I would stop advertising on 105.3 the fan that your company can get any stain out of carpet because I certainly didn’t see it. If I don’t hear back something from your company by Monday, I will be complaining via social media to warn others as well.
You do what claim you can do! No crunchy, soap filled carpet!!! Your agents are reputable and courteous! They do what’s in the customers best interest. Your prices are reasonable and most importantly, I, the customer, am more than happy with the services.

You always do a great job cleaning our carpets. They are 21 years old and they always seem to come out clean, despite the 2 dogs and kids brining in dirt.
I love the fact that there are no chemical residues or smells following the cleaning and the carpets dry fairly quickly.
Not sure. The stains don’t come out. Maybe find something non toxic that will take the stains out better?

I have been interested in the Zerorez method of carpet cleaning for a few years now, but I never dreamed that they would come all the way from Dallas to Johnson County to clean at my house. I was totally surprized last week when I received an ad with a special offer from Zerorez.
After I answered the ad, they put me in contact with a representative by texting. I was thrilled that they now service my area. After asking many questions, I chose a day and time and made an appointment.
I liked receiving a call before the technician, Charles, came to my house He was very professional and he explained the process very clearly before he started. I was amazed at the powerful machine he used to pull dust bunnies of matted hair and raise the pile of the carpet I had already vacuumed.
After cleaning a portion of my living room with the specially pH balanced water, the technician asked me to go outside and look at the clear plastic device spliced into the hose that carried the dirty water back to the truck. Yuck! It looked worse than chocolate milk.
I am very happy with my fresh smelling, clean carpet and with the very fair price I was charged. My next project is going to be getting them to clean my wrap-around sofa set. Thank you, Zerorez for making me a very happy woman. I have already recommended your company to several of my friends.
Zerorez is, by far, the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used! I used them first in July 2019 and every stain removed stayed gone! I was accustomed to seeing some other stains reappear after other companies cleaned. I just had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez for the second time and was every bit as pleased as the first time six months ago! The technician who cleaned yesterday was very professional but also quite personable. He was neat and clean, quite knowledgeable, and clearly loved his job! He was outstanding! I give Zerorez 5 ⭐️ ‘s!!
The representative ( Drakel) arrived early. He was very pleasant & professional. He cleaned the upstairs rooms and stairs first. After cleaning the upstairs he had me to inspect the job, he also did this with the downstairs room. Cleaning left a clean & fresh smell. Carpet looked brand new although it’s 21 years old. Thank you Drakel for a job well done!
There were several spots where I found hard debris in small amounts that was loosened by the cleaning but still there. The technician seemed to finish very quickly. The job didn’t see thorough.
