Carpet afterward looked like I did it. Wasn’t professionally looking at all. He just rushed through it.

The carpets look wonderful after the cleaning. My only criticism is that the machine was apparently not functioning properly and left a lot of water in spots that were visible on the carpet, especially in the indentations for furniture. The technician blotted a lot of them up on our final walk-through, however I found many more after he left.

The fact that the Zerorez products and procedures do not leave cleanser or soap on our carpets after cleaning.

The guy showed up at 330 and his machine wouldn't work from the start so he requested another van. I told him maybe we should reschedule for another day because I had to take my daughter to cheer at 6. He reassured me someone was on their way with a van. The second van arrived at 506. He unloaded everything and came in to clean 4 bedrooms and was done in less than 30 minutes. I questioned the quick cleaning because I've had my carpets cleaned before and it took longer. My carpets literally looked fluffed and vacuumed not cleaned!!! I can even tell they didn't clean them because in one room there was a small spot of dried up yogurt on the carpet so I left it and he didn't even go over it. I think the only way to make this right is to send someone else to clean my carpets

This was my first experience with Zerorez. I have no complaint with the tech (Marcus). He was on time, very cordial, and explained the whole process (including the extra services, which I did not use because of the cost). Marcus was very business like and worked diligently. But, there were several small pieces of lightweight furniture (end tables, coffee table, etc. that I was under the impression that would be moved by the tech in order to clean under them. He did not do this. I had removed all breakable items off of these). I did not question him about this though.
Later in the day, after the carpet dried, it looked OK and better than before but I don't think it looked any better than when I had the carpet cleaned in the past by Stanley Steamer. And they did move the lightweight furniture around to clean. They also did not charge me $25.00 to clean a small (6"X6') powder bath off of the hallway. I will probably use Stanley Steamer or another company in the future.
I am a Senior citizen, retired, and on a fixed income. When choosing a cleaning company, not only is quality important to me but Cost is also factor for me.
