Edwin explained everything step of the process. He identified the existing stains on the carpet. He then test cleaned a portion of the kitchen grout and showed me result compared with the existing floor for approval. He measured the square footage of the kitchen and we agreed on the extended price. He figured the total cost of the job and I approved the final price. The results were highly satisfactory and we are very pleased with the cleaning service.
There were two spots at were missed; it would have be great if the cleaner would have told me that he wasn't able to clean the two spots.
