Dionte was wonderful and did an amazing job! He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. There were some very difficult stains and I was on the verge of having the carpets replaced. But when Dionte did a spot test and talked to me about the treatments he was using, the stains came right out and i'm in shock! Thank you!

I like that the carpets are done quickly and stains are removed well. I also appreciate that the carpets aren’t too wet from the cleaning and are dry by bedtime.
I like that the treatment is totally water based with no sudsy cleaners. And the process lifts the carpet fibers and restore the plush look and feel. This is the first time I've had my carpet professionally cleaned and my stairs look like new.
They really carried us along by explained everything they were doing. Really like that fact that they do not use chemicals and still deliver good results.

The carpets didn’t get cleaned! I had to call them out a second time. I think that they just don’t have chemicals strong enough to do a good job at simple traffic dirt. I would not recommend this company for carpet cleaning. They also cleaned my grout! I liked the results. The second tech had to go over the grout again. But I liked the job that was done on the grout!
Randy did a great job. Carpet looked excellent and I had my bathroom tile cleaned for the 1st time and I was super pleased.

Eric was a dream. He was here on time, friendly efficient & clearly explained my bill. Not to mention my carpets look amazing!
This was the first time we used Zerorez carpet cleaning. The Technician was very nice and polite! He demonstrated the carpet cleaning process. However, He had difficulty with a piece of equipment ( the carpet fiber fluffier machine). The handle was broken. Also, once the carpet dried in the upstairs bedroom, I could still see some dirty spots. Especially by the bed and in common walkway area. A redo of cleaning the spots would be great.
