My carpet looks great & the technician was wonderful’
We like that the product doesn’t contain chemicals that could stay in the carpet. The technician did a wonderful job. We were very pleased with the end result
The kitchen and bathroom floors "grout clean" made no difference before and after. The rep said that it was not dry when he left and so we could not "See the difference". That was money thrown right out the window with dirty water. We had to hire another company to come out and actually clean the grout, now it looks almost new. He also left behind white residue from the cleaning tubes, which are down in the grooves of my hand-scraped wood floor and the shadow of the residue will not go away. I am terribly disappointed and have let me realtor know as well, not sure we'll ever use Zerorez again, nor recommend them.

Service provider Marcus did an excellent job of cleaning all my carpets. He was helpful and friendly leaving my 22-year-old carpets looking like new.
We got the treatment for pet stains and you can still smell the urine as strongly as before. This was disappointing based on your advertisement.

We used zerorez to clean our carpet and severely filthy tile/grout. The carpet had horrible pet stain (urine) spots. Zerorez and the techs that came out to do the cleaning were so amazing!! The pet spot flooding system is seriously magic and I 100% recommend it!! They made the house smell so fresh and new again!! Definitely recommend zerorez services, it was well worth the money!!

I love that there are no chemicals! My carpet, rugs, tile floors and upholstery look brand new. The carpet and rugs are very soft and feel thicker, more full. This process of cleaning is amazing and definitely worth it.
