Eric was great. He is by far one of the happiest, friendliest and hard working technicians I have ever met. He walked through the home and we discussed stains that I wanted him to address. I noticed he remembered them and pretreated and focused the cleaning on each of them. I needed to leave and I felt comfortable heading out before the last room was finished and leaving the treatment process in the hands of my 19 year old son. When I got home, it was truly a job well done. The carpets are 17 years old so I i wasn't sure there was much hope for some of the areas, but they look so much better.

Your technician, Terry T., was very polite, friendly, informative efficient, thorough, and on time. We love our fresh, clean carpets that do not feel sticky and they dried so quickly.

Prompt, professional service. Technician was knowledgeable and discussed the process and options thoroughly. Carpet came out clean and fresh. Only tip would be for customer service rep to help customer know how to prepare beforehand, such as letting them know to move furniture, if wanted, and vacuum all areas to be cleaned.
Our carpet was cleaned a second time at no cost, which we appreciate. But there is still some sticky residue and the room does not smell fresh. Disappointed in the outcome.

The carpet stayed wet way too long, and too many tries at upselling.
This was my first time using a rug cleaning service. Your tech was very good although he was having some difficulty with the machines. I wish the carpet could have been dried more and cleaning under the beds would have been appreciated. I know your equipment can't fit, but my bed clearance is quite high and a tool to accomplish this would accomplished the service needed.

Reliable and easy to schedule online
I wish he had put something down on the area rug where he was working, things just got a bit dirtier than I expected. Nothing I couldn't clean up, but that part surprised me. Plus I had no idea there would be so much WIND going on in the room....sure blew some dust bunnies from under the couches and chair! He was the nicest kid tho. Efficient and showed us the wind-tunnel-dust mess in our duct work.
Oh, and he left the attic stairs down and the attic light on. Again, nothing I couldn't remedy myself, but still a bit surprised.

Professional and makes the carpet look new
The first time you sent a tech out to clean my carpet, I was beyond thrilled! He was fabulous...and my carpets never looked better! I have been talking about Zerorez to all my friends and colleagues and showing them the pic of the before and after. So many of my colleagues have already utilized Zerorez to clean their carpets too...
But then y'all sent me a tech Friday that clearly had some personal issues going on. He had me sign his paper on his clipboard before he began and advised me to be sure to give him a good review. That was a RED FLAG and I should have stopped the service at that time, but he was pleasant so I let him proceed. He was very distracted. He was talking on his phone and didn't hear me when I was trying to ask a question. He did a terrible job on all 3 of my carpets. He got some chemical on my bedspread which took out the color in several spots. He broke the master bedroom door of its hinges AND DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME! He left the master bedroom basically undone and pumped a spray and sprayed the living room and small bedroom and grabbed his clipboard and left. I had to chase him down to give him the check. He left abruptly and I went into the rooms to see the carpet. I was horrified! The bedroom was wet, but not cleaned. Then I went to the master where my bedroom door was propped against a box...broken off the hinges...what on earth??? and the floor looked half done, but again was very very wet near the door. As we went into the living room, we saw lines where he sort of cleaned, but clearly not the whole living room and again the floor was soaking wet. When the first tech came out, we could walk on our floors right away with white socks and had no wet feet, but my floors were so wet that water was seen as we walked. We had to stay outside for hours! This experience was so awful!
Things break...accidents happen...but to break the bedroom door off the hinges and get chemicals on my bedspread and NOT EVEN TELL THE HOMEOWNER shows a grave lack of integrity and makes me question what type of company I am dealing with. I have shared my experience with my colleagues and two cancelled their appointments and others stated they were going to try Dalworth next week for their Spring Cleaning. I even sent y'all a text and have not heard back. Y'all text that someone will contact me...but I am still waiting. My family was disappointed too because after my great first experience, they couldn't wait to give y'all a try, but now they state they will rent a carpet cleaner instead.
Zerorez failed me and my family. The shoddy work, broken/damaged items, and lack of integrity shows me I shouldn't work with nor promote your company. If you want to make things right, you could give me a refund so I can try a different company and see if they have better ethics. A shoddy job would have been an opportunity for you to send out a different tech, but broken items left for me to discover...no, I can't trust you in my home again.
Please consider sending me a full refund so I can at least inform my friends, family, and colleagues that you tried to make it right. Failure to do so solidifies your companies lack of integrity and I will not hesitate to inform friends, family, colleagues, and others of this and the damages to my property and belongings your tech caused whenever your companies name comes up. I'm prayerful that this was just a distracted tech and not how your company as a whole operates. I look forward to your response.
