We are very impressed by the service provided by our Zerorez technician! Our carpet looks and smells like new and it is a relief that there were no harsh chemicals added during the cleaning process. We will be returning customers to get our tile and grout cleaned by Zerorez as well!

Cleanest and most thorough carpet cleaning I’ve ever experienced!!!
9 days later and my carpet looks as it did before it was "cleaned" by your company. Actually it was about 4 days after that it began to look the same as before. My experience was nothing like I saw on tv during the demonstration; as I watched your company clean carpet, I could actually see a difference. Sadly that was not my experience. After it was completed, I asked about some areas that's still seemed dark and was told that as it dries it would lighten and that wasn't the case. I'm disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. Seems like a waste of money.
We called a day or so after the cleaning. We left a message that we smelled a souring odor in our master bedroom and no one called us back. It has now been over a week with no response. The other two rooms are fine, but we feel the master needs to be re-cleaned or something.

Our tech Jeff was very accommodating in getting thr full details of what we wanted and needed. He was also very honest and disclosed information that previous company estimates did not. Would definitely use services again without question!

The guy who cleaned my carpets was very nice, knowledgeable, polite and respectful. He did a great job. A couple of the more major stains in my daughters room have shown up again after drying, but at the time when he left, everything looked great.

After more than 24 hours, the carpet is still wet. We have used fans the whole time . Very disappointed.
The technician was very nice and professional and most helpful.And he didn't make a mess, which I always appreciate.
The carpet is still wet after 28 hr in front of the entrance to the master bath and I have a fan blowing on it. Will reassess in the morning to see if it still is damp and damp smelling.
Otherwise I am most happy. It looks great.
