Your ad on KLTY says three rooms cleaned for $99 with a $50 gift card to EG Steak. Your company was true to its word with giving the $99 for three rooms, however, I have not received the gift card. The young man who cleaned my carpet said he did not carry the gift cards and he thought they would be mailed. While reading reviews on your company, that was the main complaint people wrote about. As a company, I feel you should be true to your word and give the gift cards you are advertising.

Love the carpets. They look very clean but disappointed that your ad mentioned a gift card to a restaurant but we didn’t get one.

What could we do to improve?

Make sure adequate training is completed for new employees. I have used Zerorez a few times and always been very satisfied. At this appointment the cleaner said he had only been employed 3-4 weeks. He was not knowledgeable about carpets and the cleaning did not seem to be performed as well as at other times. This carpet was older and had never been cleaned before and not much of the traffic areas seemed to be clean. However, I am not sure if the issue is with the carpet itself or if it was with the cleaning person's "new-ness" to the tasks.

What do you like about our products and services?

The service person, Joe, thoroughly explained our options on the rugs and the prices for each. Once we made the decision to have them both cleaned at home, he cleaned both rugs and answered my questions as well. He was personable and professional.

I loved the technician. He was very attentive and took his time. Very courteous and kind. The website could use some help. I picked my services and date and time and it gave me no response or confirmation. I had to call to make sure I had an appointment. It did tell me I had to put partial payment down but gave me no place to do it.

I didn't get my $50 gift card to a steak house. Your radio ads were 3 rooms for $99 and $50 gift. We also got one by mail for 4 rooms for $99 + $50 gift. we only had three rooms but he didn't give us the gift card or tell us how to obtain it. We'd like that now please.

My carpets looked fantastic after the service. The professional person who came to clean my carpets did a wonderful job pointed out things that he was cleaning and did a fantastic job cleaning. I have a pet and he was able to remove all pet stain. He was professional and courteous. He arrives on time and went straight to work

I expected all the grout to be cleaned. There were a couple of areas the grout was not clean.

Also, I had 2 area rugs cleaned which both had pet urine smells. The table in the dining room was not moved before the area rug was cleaned. Neither rug was vacuumed before they were cleaned. Still a slight odor in both rugs.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician came to clean my vents. He came almost two hours early when I wasn’t home. My wife unfortunately let him in and unattended in our attic. Without permission from anyone he cut two large holes (almost big enough to fit a basketball through) in our two air conditioning units.

Then he decided to tell us our ducting was too old to clean them. The ducting is removable and could have easily been removed and inspected prior to damaging our air conditioning units by cutting these large holes.

Then I was charged a fee for him coming out to do nothing but intentionally damage my ac units. Most irritating was that there was an environmental charge in the fee, even though no cleaning was done and no waste needed to be removed.

I will wait one week for my blood to stop boiling before speaking with my attorney.
