Our first experience with Zerorez was GREAT! Unfortunately this second time was no where near the first's. The tech was in and out in just over an hour and we feel like the job was not nearly as thorough. There were two spots specifically that we needed treated, but after the first pass, there were still stains and we asked that they be retreated as there didn't appear to be any difference. After having left the areas to dry completely, several days later the smell is still there as well as the stain.
We were additionally disappointed to see a chunk of wood that was broken off of the threshold between our hardwoods and entrance to our carpeted master bedroom. It wasn't anything that we were going to worry about as we're fairly handy and would just take care of ourselves, but wanted to mention it now as we feel it is indicative of the quality of work performed.
I gave my reasons for a re-service over the phone. The technician addressed my concerns when he returned and did a great job on the redo areas also with PPE. Thank you

We should have just poured water on the carpet and scrubbed it up with a towel. None of the areas in the house became clean. Not a single "stain" or "high traffic area" was altered even the slightest. Extremely disappointed.
I called and verified my appointment twice for the 10-12 window and the tech showed us at 12:30. after sitting at the property for two and a half hours that I don't live at I had to leave once the tech was getting started. come to find out when we got back to the property the tech had locked us out of the house due to locking a lock on the front door. But not allow us with an entry code. we are really disappointed that just because we don't get the pet protection that the contract for a 30-day come out in clean stains was completely waived for the home what if the stain isn't pet based? Overall we've decided that for zerorez being such a big company we should have received better service and what was given.

We love the fact that no soap is used to clean so there is no soap residue.
Have a smaller head/wand that could clean narrow strips behind furniture that is too large or heavy to move.

While my tech was very very nice .. he came in and cleaned the doorknob on the front door and I told him that I tried to set my appt online for the 3 rms for $89 and I knew I needed some kind of pet treatment but didn’t know what that looked like and so it would’nt book the spot unless I spent $99!... I had to do the $99 and still wanted the SPRING 20 offer of $89 and Tex Rangers tickets offer that was online , which he seemed surprised by , plus pet spot treatment depending on what that would cost. He said one room needed full pet treatment because it had 2 locations where the dog had urinated. I never knew what the cost was really going to be until I got the invoice at the end. I told him that I didn’t have my glasses and couldn’t really see. I signed the device and couldn’t understand why it was SO expensive. How can it go from $89 + travel fee and some pet treatment to $268??!! I told him I was a widow and church secretary and mom of boys and couldn’t spend a lot. I also believe in tipping and gave him $40 cash. I never got the $89 offer or Tx Rangers tickets and just am dumbfounded. Had to get vinegar / water and clean a big black grease spot that he didn’t get out in the room that he charged $33 +$60 pet trrmt and it took me about 5 min! My other sons room still smells awful like dog urine and I can’t tell any difference and it was treated as well. I have used you guys for every cleaning I’ve had since I moved here in 2005. I listen to KLTY and have since 1985! I don’t know what to think. I understand that baseball season is on hold but some other incentive or bonus should’ve been substituted for ranger tickets. I hope no one else feels this way. Once again he was very kind and very knowledgeable but I was charged too much and don’t even have an itemized invoice. Thank you for the opportunity to share. Now that it has been a couple days, I am calmer, so this feedback might be more helpful. First, I must say the technician that was sent out was extremely professional and courteous.
He did the best to his abilities and abilities of the cleaning machine. It may be because of the type of carpet pad we had that his instructions failed. Our pad has a solid top and foam underneath, making it practically impossible for his machine to suck all the liquids out. I am not in the carpet business, so I don't know how common that type of pad is.
Originally, we had a slight cat urine smell that could only be smelt by my wife in the living room, or me when I was close by it. It smelled old, because I had cleaned it a couple times with neutralizer and a home style carpet cleaner/vacuum. When the technician pulled the carpet up to look at the pad, the smell was much stronger (I guess it was hidden by the carpet a bit).
After the carpet cleaning, the technician warned us about letting it dry as much as possible before walking on it or moving furniture back in. It took 2 whole days for the carpet to dry. And the entire time, the house reeked of cat urine. We opened windows, we put fans in there in hopes the smell would go down after it dried.
After 4 days, I pulled up the carpet and cut out the carpet pad in the cat urine area, which was still wet, and threw it into the garbage. Again, we put fans on the wet concrete, hoping the smell would go away. And if your still reading, you know what the outcome is going to be.
I don't think another cleaning would do any good, so many chemicals were poured into the urine spot, that it moved all the pee to other areas that didn't smell before. And honestly, I'm not sure I want someone to come in and pour more chemicals into my carpet for it to have to dry out for another 4 days.
Our living room smells absolutely terrible. We are currently looking at either carpet replacement or a hardwood floor. The fact we paid money for Zerorez to come in and make it worse seriously angers me.
I am open to talking to management if they want to talk to me. I promise to be kind.
