I paid extra for a protectant which I did not receive. I was told it would make spills bead up and not soak in. I tested it with some water and it immediately soaked in. I even asked the techs before they left if they had applied it. Someone needs to make this right.

The technicians were friendly and professional. When it came time for me to pay, one of the techs handed me the tablet and a "tip screen" was on the tablet screen. I had no reason to tip them but felt obligated/put on the spot at this point. I don't know why you would have a tip screen be the first thing a customer sees during the payment process.

Steps took a long time to dry and a few spots could not be lifted

On March 12th we had Zerorez out to clean our carpets. The technician was very quick and according to my wife was not careful when spraying the initial liquid on our carpet. Some of it got onto our furniture and speakers. After we let the carpet dry overnight I got on the floor to do some exercises. I noticed that the carpet didn't feel right and there seemed to be a residue on my hands. It has felt that way every day since and it has been a week. We have had Zerorez out before and they did a very good job but not this time.

Majority of the pet urine was removed from the sofa but after the chemical finally dry can still smell the pet urine. Tech was professional and explain the process, no discount for repeat customer little disappointed.

I needed service quickly and I was able to get it with Zerorez. The technician showed up on time. He was professional and courteous. He explained what needed to be done in each room, as a couple of rooms had stubborn dog stains. I agreed to what he proposed and he got the job done.
