How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician came to clean my vents. He came almost two hours early when I wasn’t home. My wife unfortunately let him in and unattended in our attic. Without permission from anyone he cut two large holes (almost big enough to fit a basketball through) in our two air conditioning units.

Then he decided to tell us our ducting was too old to clean them. The ducting is removable and could have easily been removed and inspected prior to damaging our air conditioning units by cutting these large holes.

Then I was charged a fee for him coming out to do nothing but intentionally damage my ac units. Most irritating was that there was an environmental charge in the fee, even though no cleaning was done and no waste needed to be removed.

I will wait one week for my blood to stop boiling before speaking with my attorney.

Carpet does not look any cleaner than before. Small stain technician attempted to remove became a larger stain than it was.

Your personnel, from the young lady who helped us with our order to the technician who did the duct cleaning, were friendly and professional. We really enjoyed doing business with you and will be a repeat customer.

Fabian and Buck cleaned and polished 28 years of gunk off our marble floors. They look brand new. The grout is clean. The marble shines again. We could not be more pleased!! THANK YOU Fabian and Buck and THANK YOU ZEROREZ.

What do you like about our products and services?

Both of the young men ,one for vent cleaning the other for rug cleaning were very professional very polite and very knowledgeable about their jobs as well as about the company. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up well before they left. I will definitely use this company again and I will request both of the service people to come out the next time I need their services. My rugs look fabulous and are very soft to the touch!!!! Thanks Zerorex for great service and great service people!!!

2. Your telephone person asked all the right questions in order to know what we needed.
3. She also gave us - in advance - what turned out to be the exact price. No surprises!
4. Your service tech was friendly, fast, and very good at his job.
5. We love that our carpets are really clean now, and not just filled with chemical residue.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It was explained to me that the dark spots in the corners and along the baseboards were stains that would not come out. I purchased some Resolve cleaner and tried it in the corner of the office and it removed the bark spot. The other part of the carpet looked pretty good.

We are extremely satisfied with carpet cleaning service. I took advantage of their 4 room service package (with free $50 gift card from EH Steak). Technician who came to our home was very professional and truly cared for our concerns. He went out of his way to do some spot treatment as a courtesy.

This is the first time we have used Zerorez; we were not happy with other carpet cleaning services. Jeremy Campbell was our tech, and he was the most meticulous and best tech for carpet cleaning ever. The Zerorez cleaning process is absolutely amazing and 10 times better than any other carpet cleaning service we have ever experienced. Our carpet looked brand new once it was cleaned by Zerorez. We will definitely have them back again! Bravo to Zerorez!

THE TECH WAS GREAT AND HE REALLY DID A GOOD JOB BUT THE CARPET WASN'T NEAR AS SPOT FREE AS THE COMMERCIALS INDICATE. OUR CARPET IS OLD AND LIGHT COLORED AND AT LEAST I FELT LIKE IT WAS CLEANER THAN I COULD GET IT, JUST A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED THAT IT DIDN'T COME ALL OUT. BUT HE WAS AWESOME AND DID EVERYTHING HE COULD I HAVE NO DOUBT.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had to continually call to confirm my appt because I wasnt receiving any appt confirmations via email. Come to find out you had my email address wrong in the system. I was told that I would receive a call on Friday with my time slot, that call never happened. I had to call to find out what my time slot was and had to push our appt back a day because I couldnt make arrangements on the fly to accommodate the slot they placed me in that they failed to communicate to me. The gentleman who came was very pleasant but the customer service experience and having to chase you guys down to get scheduling information left a bad taste in my mouth so I'll likely take my future business elsewhere.
