The technician that was sent to our home spent much of the time trying to up-sell my husband to buy protection for both our grout and carpet. After my husband relented and allowed him to apply it to the grout, the technician oversprayed it so much next to our hardwoods and leaving it an ugly mess that we have had to hand clean the wood. Additionally, there are now holes in certain areas of the grout in our bathroom and kitchen. His explanation was that the grout was likely installed incorrectly. The kitchen grout dates to the construction of our home (11 years) and when it was previously cleaned by both your company and others during the last 6 years that we have owned the house, no one has managed to put holes in the grout, and yet, this young man managed to do so. While we love how the carpets are cleaned, I will likely never again allow that our tile and/or hardwoods be cleaned by your company.

Oscar did an believable job on my badly stained living room carpet, my two upholstered pieces of furniture, and my carpeted stairs. Calling Zerorez was my last resort before I was going to throw all of them away, but Oscar made them all look like new! And my living room carpet has bad pet stains!

I like the fact there was no odor from the water that was used. The technician Terry was very polite and pleasant.

The technician was kind, helpful, explained things well, and was professional. However, my heater was not working after the vents were cleaned. I later determined that one of the panels had not been correctly put back, causing a button to not be pushed.

They did an excellent job! I was shocked at the stains they removed from our bedroom floors! I was very impressed and definitely to plan to use them again next. 5 Star for sure! I’m glad I listen to AM 1080 in the morning on my way to work because I never would have heard of this company. When radio announcer Mike Rogers recommenced them I jumped on it.

Showed up on time, carpet dried fast.

The technician could have wiped up the water left on the tile areas. Also a couple of the areas still looked dirty after he finished. The carpet stayed very wet for over 6 hours.

My team was great! Paul and Mark were very polite professional and did an excellent job.
