The 2 gentlemen were very friendly, but also very professional. They moved all my stuff and then put it back where it belonged. They also answered all the questions I had. They did a fantastic job!

Tech did a great job
The guy that came to my house was super profesional, did a great job, was on task and got done very quickly. I actually had a stain in my house from last year that the last Zerorez tech was unable to remove even though I paid him extra - whereas the guy who came to my house this time was so good he was able to remove the stain (incredibly quickly as well) and my carpet has never looked better. This man deserves his 10 out of 10 rating.

Zerorez rep was on-time and explained everything as we did a walk through through the house. Promoted extra services, but never seemed pushy about additional services.

Devon was amazing! He worked hard and was very polite. I think he did a great job! I only have a couple of issues. 1 - when I booked it stated someone would contact me to assess what needed to be cleaned. I was never contacted. When I called to confirm the appointment, the person taking my call seemed a little put out that I called to confirm. 2 - I indicated that I heard about Zerorez on KLTY. They mentioned a gift card to a Brazilian steakhouse, but I haven't seen anything about that.

I had one problem with candle wax on a piece of furniture that you took to the office and brought it back it looks brand new and I was quite impressed
I always have received excellent customer service from Zerorez. I have my carpets cleaned twice a year and they always look great. We have dogs so cleaning is necessary. Great job as well as friendly techs!

My wife is totally pleased with the carpet cleaning job performed in our home.
The carpet nap has been restored in heavy traffic areas. We had considered replacing
our carpet but, now it looks good as new. Special care was taken to protect walls and
furnishings from the carpet cleaning equipment. The service Tech. took measures to wear foot and hand protection as he competed our cleaning service.
Time will tell just how effective the Zerorez method is.

Dries Faster
No Soaps or Harsh Chemicals
Well, my rugs took almost 3 full days to dry. There are very noticable stains left behind that weren't pointed out to me before the technician left. And there was a clear order left behing that smelled like "soap". Maybe it was the pet stain remover but it wasn't a pleasant smell. Smelled like a car wash. Overall it wasn't what I was expecting and espcecially not for the price of almost $900. That was shocking. I had a small office cleaned, a normal size family room cleaned, and then stairs and a hallway cleaned. Also asked him to clean an 8x10 area rug that had a pet stain on it for $120 and the pet stain is still there. Sory but I didn't see the difference between your service an other popular brand name providers that I have used in the past. I am happy to just cut my losses.
Hardwood floor cleaning is way too expensive!
