Devin was the technician who served me, and he was very efficient, thorough, and very polite. He did a good job and invited me to inspect the work before he left. I wish I could have him come every time I have my carpets cleaned!
I was not informed that there was a minimum charge in order to get service. I had gotten a quote for several different items, and, after talking it over with my husband, we decided we only wanted to get our rug cleaned and the living room cleaned. This would have been about $60-65. The tech said that wasn't possible, as there was a minimum charge of $109. I had no idea, and had taken off work to meet the technician, so I was very unhappy that I was basically being forced to have more done that I did not want, and certainly didn't want to pay for. You need to ensure that your people on the phone providing quotes ALWAYS mention the minimum charge, regardless of whether the potential customer gets quotes for under that amount, or not. A quote is just that, a quote. It is not a binding contract, and I didn't assume that I would be forced to have extra work done, or no work at all.
The product is animal safe and no harsh chemicals
Eliminate the disposal fee. If that’s a significant cost factor, just include it in your price.

Carpets still wet ( not soppy) the next morning, til noon. I wondered how the tech could be done as quickly as he was. Not a very thorough job sucking up the water residue.
The so called “protectant” was applied by the tech with a spray bottle! He proceeded to walk all over the cleaned carpets to apply it. That was a total joke and not worth the $20.00/rm. Sham on me.
While the technician was very nice, polite and quick, I did find chips of paint missing along with black scuff marks along one wall. I will not be using your company again.

I don’t feel the person that came out tried that hard to remove to remove the stains. It’s like it pulled the dirt to the top and left it. I have a Hoover Shampooer with rotating heads got up what was left.
