Fabian came and did an excellent job in cleaning my carpet.
Technician was great and the carpets looked great after the cleaning.
we got in on a promotion for 3 rooms for $99. By the time it was over we spent nearly $600 for cleaning 3 rooms of carpet. There needs to be more transparency in your advertising. Plus our carpets were soaking wet when the technician left. It took almost 3 days to dry. Not pleased with your process.
Evan was very professional and made our home look and smell great. He arrived at the scheduled time, was very helpful explaining the offered services, and was in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely contact Evan and Zerorez for any carpet cleaning needs.

The original appointment was scheduled from 3:30 to 5:30 pm. I was called at 10:00 am and told that the appointment needed to be re scheduled for 12:00 pm. I drove over an hour to arrive at the location before 12:00 pm. At 1:15 pm I still had not heard from Zerorez regarding this truancy. When the tech arrived he asked me what I was having done, and my assumption was that he would already know what was being done. He also emptied a tank of white/ gray water in my yard (don't understand why I was charged a disposal fee if he disposed of this liquid in my front yard and really didn't want that in my yard). If this is the way Zerorez conducts business I will take my money elsewhere.

You made my wife very mad by charging at least DOUBLE for two area rugs (5-ft diameter).
Your office would not discuss any change in the pricing.
One GOOD thing: In the future, when we call ANOTHER cleaning service, we will be very careful on how we handle the original estimate plus on-site determinations made by the technition.

Zerorez products are safe and there is no smell of chemicals. I especially like the promptness of the service as well as how quickly appointments are made. My service provider was polite and took care of business just as promised.
I like fragrance free products. Boston, your technician is extremely professional and thorough.
2nd time using Zerorez. Both times, they called ahead of schedule. Both times, very detailed explanation of what was going to happen and during the process, confirmation of what was happening. Afterwards, the carpet look just like they were when installed.

Carpets were extremely clean when finished. They were also very wet. Would have liked for them to be a bit drier before they were done. One room took over 36 hrs to completely dry
We enjoyed the information, including the invoice total, what he was going to do, that your technician Diante(sp), shared before he started to treat our floor covering. We were pleased with the results and will call on Zerorez again in the future.
Technician was ahead of schedule, very friendly, and knowledgeable. He took pictures before and after to aid in explaining the process thoroughly. Would highly recommend and use Zerorez again!
