When done properly, like it was today by Justin, I am very happy with the results. I would be much happier if I could request Justin in the future but evidently it's not something I can do. The last guy before Justin did a horrible job and it took 4 days for my carpets to dry. I almost didn't come back.

Some carpet damage at the hardwood transition in master bedroom. Also, paid for services that I did not need - which is my fault for not asking more about what was being done, but I was dedicating my concentration to work calls as the cleaner came a couple hours before my original appointment.

Technician was prompt and thorough
I really enjoyed how informed my tech was and how clean my carpets were.
My carpets get clean and without soapy chemicals.
Showed up early, when I had specifically requested 3.30 pm or later, try to cal and halt tech coming out, but no one answered. Tech did not know if the Four89 coupon. Website shows that two pieces of furniture per area cleaned can be moved by technicians, but our tech did not know about it.
Lower the price. No way to know how much pet treatment is being used or even necessary. When you think one gallon is enough and the service tech says he used 2 or 3 gallons without offering to prove it shows a lack of concern for the customer.
