Some stains came back within 6 hours of having it cleaned.
Technician was kind and straight forward. Wasn’t his fault but the charges were, of course, not disclosed properly when purchasing. Don’t leave any surprises when it comes to charging. If you say a 4 bedroom house is 200 bucks then don’t arrive and tell us you are going to charge 50 extra dollars for a 30 square foot hallway.

I enjoyed Bubba and explaining the different services he had to offer. My budget was a little over two hundred dollars but ended up spending over four hundred fifty dollars.
The job exceeded my expectations and my Tile Floor and Grout looks exactly like it did when it was brand new and is something I never thought was possible. A truly Amazing Job. Plus it was fast and very reasonably priced.

Our technician was very knowledgeable - we had a mystery stain that another company had unsuccessfully tried to remove. This time, it’s almost completely gone, with only very faint traces remaining. We will definitely use them again!

Poor clean quality.
When the tech was here he showed me the kitchen dining area and that looked decent. The tile was cleaner. But he didn’t show me anything else, no other rooms and the carpet was wet of course so I trusted that it was clean and I paid and he went in his way. It wasn’t until I went in the kids rooms and hallway that I noticed that it looked like it hadn’t been touched at all. The kitchen area where the stove and all is, doesn’t look like it was touched at all. I know he was over there cleaning but not sure what happened. Maybe he went too fast. I’m not sure. But i was really excited to use y’all , but I must say that I am very disappointed. I’ve been meaning to call y’all and let y’all know, but I work at an oncology office and we’ve been super busy these past 2-3 months. And I never have time to do anything since I am extremely busy at work. Please reach out to me, I don’t know if I want someone to come back out, I am just interested in a refund of some sort.
I had to make several changes to get my hardwood cleaned. I was overcharged for the job. I was supposed to pay 174 dollars plus tax but instead I was charged 275 dollars plus tax. I would like to be refunded the difference.
The process of using alkaline water and at small amounts which reduces drying time and no left over residue. Prolongs cleaning intervals.
Stairs have several dark brown patches after they dried
The gentleman that showed up to do the work in cleaning my carpet did a fabulous job and was very detailed as to what he was doing next and showing me how and before was cleaned and stains removed.
