I feel like I could have done the same work with a machine I could buy from the store
Great job of cleaning carpet and tile floor.
Tech did not wear mask or shoe covers. Also had to get line of sight to communicate because of earbuds for music.
Fast & clean. No funky smells & was able to use carpet right away.
Very friendly and really informative. It was nice to have someone come and actually let us know what state our carpet was in and be able to SHOW us. We’ll definitely be calling again!
Quick. Service doesn’t take long
The technician was on time. We received a text about 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He looked over all the floors that we needed done. He had us check to make sure we were happy with the work in each room before he left. It was a great experience.
The carpet cleaning was gentle in my carpet and effective. The associate was professional and efficient.

Just feel like in these times that the technician should have a mask and maintain a safe distance as week as not require the customer to touch the tech’s phone to sign for the credit card. Carpet looks great though.

I paid for the extra treatment for my gameroom and I can still smell dog urine in there. Not a huge deal, but would of saved myself the $$ if I knew it wouldn’t help.
Didn't know it was extra for pet spray. I wish I knew over phone. He didn't do everything that was ordered for example my package said he was to disinfect all door knobs and he didn't touch one to clean. So I paid 300.00 dollars and he did 3/4 of the work.
