I was hoping for a better cleaning. I have a white rug so dirt is very visible. The major pathway on the rug is still clearly visible and I will likely end up throwing out the rug if it can't be cleaned properly.
Thank you for coming. There was an odor in a mattress that I had received from a friend and I called your company and they came out. After the first cleaning I could still smell the odor. I called again and the representative came and steamed it again. The mattress is smelling clean.

I can see the dirt from the floor coming through the filter as well as the soap left over from the last cleaner. No funny smells, on time staff, well dressed, full protection mask and gloves as well as the corner guards. Ramon was our tech and honestly he is why we will call again.
He was very polite. Professional, and i appreciated him coming into my home and would recommend him to anyone

Jeff was an amazing technician. He honestly explained the process and how they are chemical free. He never tried to bully me into extra services and was upfront with costs. He also had a great personality and I felt comfortable having him in my home. I would recommend Jeff and Zero Rez to everybody!
My Husband has been talking to you guys. The tech came in without a mask or shoe covers and dumped all of his stuff on our grass and left a stain we are highly disappointed he did not follow CDC guidelines.

No chemicals
The first time the technician came, he was here less than 40 minutes. After he left, we noticed dark spots in places but thought it due to the dampness of the carpet. After staying off the rug for 15 hours, the spots were even larger. We called the company, explained the problem, & they made another appointment for the next day.
The same technician came and worked on the rug for about 30 minutes. He would go over places I pointed out but I’m not sure he thought they were dirty. He finally said the dark spots were due to the dampness and left. Once again we stayed off the carpet for 15+ hours. The spots were worse the next day.
When we called Zero-Res, we had one noticeable brown spot. Now there are large areas of black spots all over the rug.
I am very disappointed with the whole process!
I don’t know if calling again will help. Needless to say, I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
I had a gentleman by the name of Finley give me an estimate on tile floor clean and seal. I had seen the company vehicle servicing my neighbors home and asked him to stop by and provide an estimate. He said 1300$ and some change but was giving me 600$ for a total of 775$ plus tax. Now, this estimate was based off of a visual of him looking and walking through my home, not exact measurements. So about a month later I schedule service online. Wasn’t sure the exact square footage but the estimate online was about 500$. I knew that was not going to be the final price but again, didn’t have exact measurements. So the guy comes out. Very nice and professional. Does a walk through and says it’s going to be 1100$. I was like “whatever” and paid for it. I NEEDED my floors clean. Had already had people move my furniture out of my home for this sole purpose. The guy is here for about 5 hrs. Says the grout will look a little wet for a while until it dries. But here We are 2 days later and I am really not satisfied with my grout. To me it still looks dirty in a lot of areas and the guy who did the work messed up my baseboards in several spots by hitting it with your buffer looking machine. Scraping the paint and sealant off and the baseboards now have soaked up water and paint is peeling. The guy was very nice but I am not satisfied with this work that costed me over 1100$
The pet stains are still there and my carpet was stiff feeling after it dried. Also, they main reason I went ahead with this now rather than waiting until the virus situation had lessened was to get the sanitation treatment you advertised. However, I had to ask about when I made the appointment and then had to ask the tech do it after I already had given him my payment. What was done was very minor and not really much help at all.
Everything was great! Our tech was wonderful, he did such a great job that was very tentative and made sure everything was done exactly they way I expected it.
