Terri was the technician who came to clean the carpets for our bedrooms upstairs. He was very polite, friendly and professional.
The stains all looked as if they disappeared when wet but once the carpets dried up, a lot of the stains are still there.
Well... I had been waiting for the right coupon to come through... it did... and then when the guy gets here he says you have to pay extra for each room to have different stuff other than just water- very disappointed! I had the money set aside for carpet cleaning and when I scheduled this- I didn’t figure I would need more fur each room - and then to hear that the water will bring odors back to the surface and it might stink when it’s all done and to have to sign a waiver- saying that I understand that! What in the world?! You would think y’all would provide an awesome service as the standard- not have us pay additional for each room for this. No way! Would I recommend y’all agin! I used y’all several years ago - and don’t remember being this disappointed!
The agent was super nice and friendly- but the actual service that was provided was not up to par! We will use local next time! :/

The guy that came was very professional and never did a thing without talking to me first and making sure I was comfortable with it. He explained everything he was doing in grave detail. I was very impressed with the service and care from the Zerorez employee. I highly recommend this company and will be contacting yall in the future. Thank you so much!

The carpets look so much better. I can not remember the name of the man who did the cleaning but he was extremely pleasant and took great care of the furniture. Will use you again.
Jeremy was our service tech and he was absolutely amazing. On time, courteous, professional and made excellent recommendations. I will look forward to having Zerorez return to our home and I hope Jeremy gets to return as well.
