I like the professionalism and courtesy extended by your employees. I like the way our carpet looks and feels after a cleaning.
I would like to note that I was told, the doorknobs would get disinfected as a Covid 19 courtesy, but that wasn't done. I did forget to ask about it before he left, though.
The Gentleman came in, looked at our carpets, gave us three quotes and once we picked the one we wanted, did a fantastic job.
He was polite, in and out of the house quickly. The carpets looked great when he got finished.

Van broke down on the way to the job. Technician was dishonest about pricing and was not forthcoming about total price of the job.
