Great service! Our house just feels and breaths cleaner after having the carpets cleaned. I really liked how he showed me what came out of every room after cleaning it. We will definitely be using Zerorez again!

Technicians were very friendly and our old, stained carpet looked much better after Zerorez, and we will hopefully get another year out of it.
Had a few concerns after the initial cleaning but I called in and customer service did an excellent job resolving them. No complaints!
Although the carpet was visibly cleaner, it wasn't nearly as clean as expected. Claims of staying cleaner longer, I found is only if we pay an extra $20 per room for some sort if protector. Dishonesty. Lastly, ads keep talking about wiping down and sterilizing things like for knobs e.t.c. That never happened. The address I gave wasn't the address given to the tech doing the work. Took me almost half an hour to get him to the right place.

No chemicals.. tech was awesome, had planned to have a area rug cleaned as well as my carpet in my bedrooms which look amazing like new, the rug was white and didn’t clean up to well so I wasn’t charged! That spoke volumes for the type of company Zerorez is!! I will definitely use you again!

We originally had our carpets cleaned on April 22. After our carpets were "cleaned", they looked terrible. They looked worse than before they were cleaned. The first guy was in such a hurry and it was early in the morning! I called and ask if someone else could come back and look at the carpets. Thank goodness they sent CHAVIS. He saved our carpets. Chavis took his time and really seemed concerned to make our carpets look good. If it hadn't been for Chavis, Chavis came late on a Friday afternoon and was determined not to leave until we were happy! Chavis should be your main carpet cleaner, because he was AWESOME!
Efficient and professional.
One of my rooms smelled like urine still despite using pet treatment as part of a regular carpet cleaning, which was the original recommendation of the technician. He only recommended following up with a deep cleaning after I inquired about the lingering urine odor right the job was complete and we were signing paperwork. When I called to ask about the follow-up pricing for a deep cleaning as well if a 30 day guarantee for the first cleaning would help offset some of the cost for a second visit, I learned that the technician wrote up his report as if the deep cleaning was recommended initially and I opted for the regular cleaning with pet treatment instead. The first cleaning did NOT clean sufficiently on the most superficial level (the carpet fibers). I could see stains all over the carpet with a UV light, even minor drink spills from a previous tenant. The areas where a dog had peed smelled heavily of urine. I had to pay for another carpet cleaner $150 to remove the majority of the staining that was still visible under UV light from the carpet fibers, something that a regular cleaning should have achieved in the first place. The carpet in the rest of the house that was well taken care of by my wife and me benefited from the regular cleaning, but there wasn’t much improvement necessary. The whole point of hiring professionals was to help with the carpet that actually had stuff to clean up. I have a dated invoice from the other carpet cleaner, and I think I should be reimbursed to offset this added cost. If I had gone with this different cleaner in the first place, it would have taken ONE visit to get the job done correctly
