Punctual, professional and thorough, all the way around.
Now that it has been a couple days, I am calmer, so this feedback might be more helpful. First, I must say the technician that was sent out was extremely professional and courteous.
He did the best to his abilities and abilities of the cleaning machine. It may be because of the type of carpet pad we had that his instructions failed. Our pad has a solid top and foam underneath, making it practically impossible for his machine to suck all the liquids out. I am not in the carpet business, so I don't know how common that type of pad is.
Originally, we had a slight cat urine smell that could only be smelt by my wife in the living room, or me when I was close by it. It smelled old, because I had cleaned it a couple times with neutralizer and a home style carpet cleaner/vacuum. When the technician pulled the carpet up to look at the pad, the smell was much stronger (I guess it was hidden by the carpet a bit).
After the carpet cleaning, the technician warned us about letting it dry as much as possible before walking on it or moving furniture back in. It took 2 whole days for the carpet to dry. And the entire time, the house reeked of cat urine. We opened windows, we put fans in there in hopes the smell would go down after it dried.
After 4 days, I pulled up the carpet and cut out the carpet pad in the cat urine area, which was still wet, and threw it into the garbage. Again, we put fans on the wet concrete, hoping the smell would go away. And if your still reading, you know what the outcome is going to be.
I don't think another cleaning would do any good, so many chemicals were poured into the urine spot, that it moved all the pee to other areas that didn't smell before. And honestly, I'm not sure I want someone to come in and pour more chemicals into my carpet for it to have to dry out for another 4 days.
Our living room smells absolutely terrible. We are currently looking at either carpet replacement or a hardwood floor. The fact we paid money for Zerorez to come in and make it worse seriously angers me.
I am open to talking to management if they want to talk to me. I promise to be kind.

My technician, Fabian, was very friendly and helpful, however, I was overcharged by one room. My invoice states: 1) 3 rooms at special price of $89 and 3) addition rooms at $29, yet after speaking with Fabian on having a closet cleaned I would need to pay another $25 when this closet was one of the 3 additional rooms I had already ordered when setting up the appointment online. Also, now that the carpet is dry there is a visible stain in the living room. After the price I paid for this service I really don’t want to spend more time going over this spot with the Bissel cleaner. You can speak with our technician and he can confirm our carpets did have many old pet stains, however, the spot in question is not one of the those. Thank you. When the home is vacant the technician should call to discuss the carpet cleaning results especially when it does not turn out well. I spoke with Torrance and I was disappointed when I went to see the home after the clean was done. I always pitch your company and what a great job you do. This one was not what I expected and the technician did not call to explain.
Michael did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet. I did think he would be back Satisfied to pick up the rugs but I received a call this morning and they will be out to pick them up this morning. I hope he’s the gentle to return them.
This is the second time I have used them and they did a wonderful job.
Your guy should have been wearing a mask and gloves give the Covid situation. Also, I never received a confirmation from my web sign up so I was a little surprised when he showed up at my house because I wasn't sure my reservation was accepted or not. Also, to pay I had to sign on his cell phone which further spreads germs. You should allow the payer to pay on web site or make it contactless.
Paul, my technician was excellent. He got the soot stain out of my carpet and that was fantastic. He worked hard. I have 3 cats and my house doesn't smell bad after Zerorez has cleaned my carpets like other cleaners in the past. Paul did a very good job.

Clean process. Provide free sanitizing of door knobs and sink fixtures. Dries up in 6-8 hours which gives much more accessibility.
