We had our carpets, tile and grout cleaned. Our carpets came out great. Wish you could fix wear and tear, then it would be perfect!! Ha!

I wasn't expecting much on the grout, but oh my! The grout looks fabulous now. I had waited too long to get it cleaned and it was black. Zerorez returned it to it's original color. I was a happy momma!!

I have two German shepherds and they shed a lot. Also with all the rain we had they tracked mud on the carpet and stairs. The product used to clean the carpet was awesome and the carpet looks new. The service was great and he did a great job. I was very happy with the work done. I will definitely use your services again and refer Zeroez.

We received service from you on Monday, April 20th. We called and emailed you Tuesday and Wednesday because we do not like the chemical smell that was left, and HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM YOU. We will contact radio stations where you were advertised next.

Quick and efficient

It was advertised that three rooms could be cleaned for $89. I understand that their are always hidden fees, but I was charged $535 for one bedroom with pet treatment. I asked to have a small rug clean and was charged $6 (not a problem) but it still smells like pet urine, so I plan to clean it myself. And then the technician poured some sort of chemical on my lawn that killed a 3'x3' section. They are refunding me for the $6 rug and are supposed to bring some St. Augustine sod to replace the dead grass, but I cannot believe the astronomical price overall.
