Easy to work with - very responsive and able to take appointments with limited lead time. Very professional cleaning staff with great customer service - tenants have given excellent feedback too!

I had 3 rooms cleaned. One of the rooms that was my son’s room was pretty stained. The dog had thrown up one time and he treated that area. The carpet looked great that day but 2 days later different stains showed up in areas where furniture was sitting. I called Zerorez to come back and when the tech came he automatically said they were dog pee stains. My dog had NEVER peed or pooped in our house because he was potty trained since we got him and he even had a doggy door to go do his business anytime of the day. The service tech argued with me the whole time stating it was dog pee and that my husband declined the deep cleaning which we did pay an extra fee for anyway. I am extremely disappointed in the tech and results.

I paid a very expensive bill to have the pet treatment done and the odor is not gone. Additionally, I had delineated that I wanted my shower floor cleaned AND sealed and it was not sealed. My technician was wonderful, but I don't feel like I got the value for what I paid at all.

Your two technicians were very professional and showed me how the system worked which I greatly appreciated. My only request would be that since they are not allowed to move furniture, that they would have at least asked if I would have wanted under the couch cleaned. I would then have moved it myself for them to clean under there. Other than that, very happy with the service!

I paid $89 to have 3 rooms cleaned but Tech only cleaned 2 rooms.
I paid $250 to have my bathroom cleaned. I could tell no difference in shower. Tech said it was still dirty since the tile was not sealed. If he could not clean the shower he should have charged me so much.
