Leaving a water soggy carpet when finally dry the nap of the carpet never
popped back— difference can be seen in sunroom —-even after vacuuming! Think the protector was not added except on the bill!!
Zerorez asked to come out but out of town company was on their way. Time ing was not convenient; therefore I took it as a slap in the face as if I wasn’t telling the truth! Something like refund should have been done!

My bedroom carpet still smells like dog dander even after pet treatment. :( I don't even have a dog anymore. Better smell neutralizer.

I like that they only use water to clean the carpets and the process gives an excellent result. You don’t smell a bunch of chemicals as it dries. The carpets dried over night. Raymond, my technician, was very professional; so friendly and knowledgeable about the process. I’ll definitely use them again.

Great customer service. Our tech, Eric, was great

Tech was nice and tried hard to get stain out of couch. We were not told before the carpet was cleaned that it would be 6-8 hours before it would be dry to touch. When you had to walk on it your feet would get wet and that was after 6 hours of dry time. Could not put items back till next morning which created issues walking in hall and living room. The commercial on the radio says it dries quicker than standard carpet cleaning but I do not believe it did. Carpet seems clean but does not seem to be any softer than it was before it was cleaned. Actually seems to be matted down in places. Probably because it took so long to dry and because we had to walk on it before it completely dried. The tech could not get stain out of couch even after working on it for an hour. Price seems to be high for cleaning sofas considering you use the same technique and equipment and the areas are smaller. Not sure why furniture is so much more to clean than carpet. Would not use your company to clean furniture again.
Experience with tech was good but did not see much difference between your way of cleaning and the other ways that carpets are cleaned.

Our service guys were very professional from the time we met them to the time they finished our project late that evening. Our carpet in our Sanctuary hadn't been cleaned in a while and when we were doing final walk thru with techs I mentioned that there was a few spots that just weren't up to par and that's when the ZEROREZ guys sold themselves and Your company. The two guys pretreated spots (Again) and re-cleaned entire Sanctuary making us Happy customers and they left knowing they (and us too) did all they could do to take care of us as their customers.
