My appointment time was between 1-3pm. Promptly at 1pm, the technician, Torrance, arrived. He was professional and respectful of my home. Torrance completed my carpets quickly and they looked beautiful! I highly recommend Zerorez and will be a repeat customer!

Technician was very friendly and went over everything ahead of time and gave me the option to not go forward with the cleaning. He was very professional and did a great job and was also very careful with the hoses.

My sister recommended you all and said you all always do an amazing job. She normally hires you to do the 3 room special and that her closets are always done. My house is smaller than hers but our closets were not done. I was told it would be an extra charge. The service should be consistent.
