$450 to clean 2 king size matresses is an exorbitant price whereas it's less than half the price to clean 3 carpeted rooms. I got sold on the empowered water gimmick. Please differentiate your business with good customer service, which your tech was, but I don't see me hiring your company again because of the price.
Friendly and knowledgeable service. Our technician took care of our family and made every decision made was helpful and safe. Thank you. Our carpet smells and looks great!
I was really, really disappointed that no one from the office contacted me about the time frame I could expect the tech to arrive. The only notice I had from the office was that I had an appointment on Saturday, May 2. Finally about 11, I called the office to find out when he was scheduled. There were things I could have been doing before 11 that would have been more productive than sitting on my hands waiting for the tech. Knowing a time frame would have been very nice.
The technician was very professional. He let us know that we didn't even need the service we originally requested , but offered us some advice on how to achieve our goals.

The technician was condescending. Also if your general cleaning won’t work without the added pet cleaner for a pet household, you should state that up front. I would have never chosen to use your company had I realized that it was going to be $120 more than I realized.

The person who made my appointment did not make it clear that I would be charged if my ducts were not in good enough shape to be cleaned. The only warning was that you cannot clean duct board. I was charged $117 to find out that you would not be doing any work!
That seems really expensive for driving from Carrollton to Irving!
It took 2 sessions to get the urine from the dogs. It was really bad smelling carpet. Zerorez came in the second time and when he got finished we could not smell the urine even to this date. I would recommend to my family and friends.

Roberto (I believe) was professional, courteous, cheerful & quick. I appreciated his suggestions & using the light to find my dog's hiding places. Carpet was cleaned. It all took about 1 hour. It's an every 20 month requirement to keep the warranty of carpet in a particular area. So I always call ZeroRez. No chemicals are used.
Amazing! Got some older stains out of our carpet that Kiwi and Stanley Steemer was not able to get out. Excellent service and on time. Rep was very knowledgeable and personable. He did run over our lawn on the way out and luckily we were getting some sod laid so we were able to repair it. Otherwise I would have called it in to let him know.

They did a great job on my floors! I had one room that was pretty bad and they were able to get it looking good. The technician was very fast and friendly.
Didn’t get all the soap residue out of the carpet

Your cleaner had little initiative and poorly explained the need for the extra treatment that doubled the cost. Additionally, I was told furniture under 50 pounds would be moved. He did not move anything. Once I realized it I started to move the light chairs etc., I’m 70 years old. It was disappointing to see the lack of initiative.
The products used on the carpets ,brought them back to life and the service was both exceptional and courteous.
Treated second time. Still have stains. Can I just get a refund for stain treatment?

Jeff identified himself before entering in our home, he was very thorough with carpet cleaning and faucet sanitation , he explained processes prior to start. He performed a walk through with us, when completed. We are pleased with the outcomes.
He was masked, practiced social distancing and no direct customer contact during this
COVID-19 Pandemic...we felt safe having him in our home. And was thankful to know a lot of germs have been removed. Thanks Jeff.

I can't remember the guys name but he was great. My toddler spilled some food on my carpet that I couldn't get up and he got it up and my carpet looks great.
