The technician explained all the processes and the results were great, our grout has never been this clean!
I feel the technician who came to my home tried to sell pet cleaning services and voided my warranty after I declined. He had a light and insisted my pet had peed or vomited in a corner of my room. It was a very small spot he found and I don't see why the warranty should be voided for all rooms cleaned. I would feel more confident recommending and using your services if you upheld your warranty as stated. He cleaned the carpet super fast. Other technicians have spent more time and I feel he didn't care about the job since i had made the decision to not pay for extra services and my warranty was voided. We live in a new constructed house and the carpet is fine.. I just like to have it cleaned as part of my routine home maintenance.
