Tech was on time. We discussed what rooms and areas where to be cleaned before the job began. The carpet looked and smelled great. The tech was respectful and knowledgeable. When he completed the job he discussed the “problem” spots with me.

What could we do to improve?

Love your work. One appointment cancelled at the end of our scheduled service window due to the technician's van breaking down. They didn't call. I had to call and ask why no one arrived as scheduled.
