This is our third time using Zerorez. Why? Because they do a great job and they are nice people. I don't know what they use to clean the carpet, but it leaves a nice mellow fragrance.

Great service! Carpets have never looked better!

I had to do the vacuuming and moving of furniture but that was ok. The problem was I paid quite a bit extra for a deep clean to get rid of pet odors but after completely drying the odor was still there.

I have used Zerorez many times and have always been more than pleased. I have at least 10 friends that use it today because of my recommendations. I will aways be a customer.

1) Carpets dried quickly but dried rough to the touch, not soft like usual. It does not feel clean like maybe there is still some residue of one of the products. 2) Pet treatment is overpriced. I saw no difference over a regular carpet cleaning. 3) I requested a specific employee, but you sent someone else.

Quick, efficient and got all of the stains out! On top of that, the technician was polite, friendly and very conscientious of bringing super large hoses into the house and then snaked out the front door. He "tested" a small area on a fabric covered chair to see how effective the deep clean process would be before I got charged just to make sure I'd be happy with the results. LOVE the fact that there are no harsh chemicals used at all...just water! I'm sticking with Zerorez forever!

I had STANLEY Steamer to come first and I done a second cleaning which was u guys my carpet was wetter and it started to smell I should not had yall to come after Stanley steamer.
