I expected the spots in rooms to get cleaner. Our ZeroRez cleaner was awesome. He was polite, honest, walked us through everything and was very detailed. The only thing I was surprised with was that some of our traffic stains did not come out as well as when I have used some competitors.

After my carpets dried they were still dirty. When I rubbed a damp towel in an area that was visibly darker the towel came back brown, not clean, and certainly not happy that I spent so much money and still have really dirty carpet.
