Very professional, dealt with pandemic well and the carpets make my wife smile.

The gentlemen did an awsome job and was very pleasant, only improvement is that the carpets were not dried ,but other than that it was a good job.

Great service

I was charged for 3 rooms of tile cleaning but he only did 2 rooms. The tile doesn’t look cleaner and before the tech left he told me that it he floor would not look cleaner but I could feel it with my bare feet. I cannot feel the difference.

The promotion that was given says they would sanitize all faucets, etc with 3 room cleanings. He cleaned 3 rooms of carpet and 2 rooms of tile but did not sanitize anything or offer.

The carpet does look ok but I used Zerorez thinking I would get something different than other companies at a better price. I’m not sure I did and I think I was charged for work not done.

I was not here during the cleaning so I did not have the opportunity to watch the process, however one of the 3 rooms cleaned was the half bath and I was shocked to see that they did not clean around the toilet bowl.

Because I feel like he was trying to upscale me and I feel the only way to make things right is to come back and clean my carpet free of charge and put in some effort.

I'm not certain. The technician was fine and very friendly, I'm just not sure the carpets got as clean as I would have liked them to get. No deodorizer was offered.... that's where you can improve - offer some kind of deodorizer with this service. He did miss one small area behind a recliner...... but it wasn't too alarming. If I use Zerorez in the future, 'll make sure to call it out to the technician. It was an honest Miss.

my tech brought up an ugly yellow spot in the master bedroom that had been taken care of years ago; the entrance to the master bedroom was very wet even the next day; and he left wet footprints all along the wood floors. He was even early and very polite and considerate, buy i
have been used to better quality service from Zerorez.

Services techs are always pleasant for forthcoming with information.

Jeremy did a fantastic job on our carpets. He explained the process and what we could expect from it. He was very careful moving his equipment through the house. A great experience all around.

Terrific service by Mr. Trevino! He's very nice and very efficient. We are very happy of the carpet cleaning results over the weekend. It is very clean and very comfortable to be inside of our home now, thanks to help from Zerorez!!! We thank you for removing all the debri and dirt from our carpet.

Ricardo did the duct work. He was friendly, informative, efficient, just did his job. He was great. Then Chavis came in to do my carpets, upholstery. He was just as pleasant, efficient, and did a great job. I appreciate them so much. It was a great experience. I will use Zerorez again and recommend them to others. Thanks a bunch.

I was very satisfied with the professional service from the tech and the time it took to complete a four room job. I only have a couple of concerns, it would be nice to get a reminder email earlier than norm...reason being is that I needed to start preparing for the job by moving four rooms full of furniture,so I had to call in to confirm on my own before I continued. The other concerns is the payment system should be updated where techs can swipe our credit cards instead of having to manually enter into a cell phone. Other than these concerns I would still use the company for my cleaning services and I would also recommend them to family and friends. The carpet turned out great even to the parts that where seriously worn down. I really pleased with the job done on my carpet... Thank you!

Every bedroom involved at most 2 feet on each side. The downstairs and stairs were great but the 2 bedrooms up stairs were barely touched.
