I did NOT expect the first thing out of the tech's mouth was "it is going to cost more to have your carpets spot cleaned and it will take longer to do". Had I known this BEFORE scheduling this service, I would have given it a second thought. My house is up for sale. And it is true (as the tech pointed out), we do have old carpets and there were a lot of stains. If I would have known beforehand that I was only paying for "basic cleaning", I would have upgraded at that point. I knew that my carpets needed "deep cleaning" and needed this "upgraded" service. However, to be told this when the tech arrived is totally unacceptable. Your advertisements do not specify this information, information that needs to be disclosed AT THE TIME of appointment.
I realize that the tech was tired when he arrived at my home (after 6p) and his thinking that he was going to be doing spot cleaning as well as basic cleaning probably overwhelmed him. Nonetheless, I felt that the job was done quickly and my carpets look good compared to what they looked like before. Hopefully, this "basic cleaning" will last until my home is sold.
No hard sales pitch for additional unscheduled work.

The technician was argumentative regarding pet urine on the carpet in a closet. The carpet was new, no one has lived in the home since it was put in. No pet has ever lived in the house since it was built. He was very rude and insisted I sign a disclaimer even though there was/is NO PET URINE SMELL in that closet--the entire house was freshly painted and the closet was closed up--it was a strong paint smell. Nothing like pet urine, yet he tried to up sell me on services.

Steps still have distinct spots. The tech said they would go away when dry, but that hasn’t happened. Need another treatment on stairs.
The company is a typical bait and switch. They'll say anything to get in the door, then it's non-stop up-selling. What's worse is they are liars and thieves. Their Management is despicable and promotes and atmosphere of dishonesty. I'd never do business with them again and I'd tell anyone who'd listen to never let them in you home or trust them to do or charge what they say.
Your technicians have always done great work. This was the first time though that I got a demo and saw the dirt really getting pulled out of my carpet.
High quality, fast and friendly service. I'm extremely happy with the results and will 100% use Zerorez again!!!! If I had known how easy it was, I would have done this much sooner. Will be recommending to everyone.
Quick and clean
Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company I have used that gets all dirt and pet stains and odors out of the carpet. The smell is gone and stains don’t return. I feel good about the products they use and their technicians are professional and helpful.

Nothing needed. Was just unhappy with the customer service and time spent on my carpet. Just would like to feel like my 180 dollars wasn’t just thrown out the window. No service needed though. Just don’t know if I will use you guys again.

Flawless process. Zerorez was scheduled to come between 3 and 5. Got a phone call that morning that said they had a truck in the area and if we would like, they could come earlier and gave me the choice. We jumped on the offer and now everything looks great! The crew of two were very nice and accommodating. They did a great job. They were reasonably priced and overall, my wife and I are very happy with the end result. Thank you!!!

When a customer puts details in the comments, you should call to confirm the job and price. I specifically wrote I had two rooms and a large rug, but once the technician arrived, he wasn’t allowed to count the rug as a room, which I didn’t know until the appointment. I should have been notified of this BEFORE the appointment, and when I called customer service, the supervisor didn’t speak to me, but instead called the technician. Inconsiderate and rude!
