great cleaning
Manager is ever available. Manager never return call. Price quoted over the phone was different once the cleaner got to my home. Proper training employees is definitely needed at the call center.

The tech was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. The only issue I had was his truck left big oil stains in my driveway. Otherwise all was well.

Fast and informative!
I’ve used ZeroRez for 12 yrs. I’ve never had a bad experience. The carpets stay clean longer and no detergent residue means longer carpet life. Mine doesn’t look anywhere close to 12.
Carpets are actually clean
We were very pleased with the service we received from Zerorez. Michael, the person who cleaned our carpets, was prompt, courteous, detailed, polite and considerate of all our other personal furnishings in the home. He completed his work in a timely manner. As a loyal customer, we have never been disappointed and highly recommend you to our friends.
Very professional. We failed to get the "cleaners" name. He was very
attentive, quick and did a great job. We will hopefully be able to request
him for our next cleaning. However, we have always been pleased with
all of the "cleaners" that have previously serviced our home.
As always, the carpet has looked like new when Zerorez has cleaned for us.

It was a very very quick service. 3 rooms in and out in 30 minutes. Some spots were picked up and stains removed. Others (high traffic areas) came back as soon as the floor was dry.
I really enjoyed the young man you sent to my house I when I do it again I hope to have him
While the associate had a mask, most of the time he wore it under his nose, which defeats the purpose of wearing it.
