My carpets are so clean and soft. They almost look brand new.
Terry did a fantastic job! He checked with us our satisfaction in the service periodically and went through areas that were difficult to clean. He was very thorough.

Our service technician Jacob, was willing to try anything to clean several area rugs that were not colorfast. He somehow managed to get the job done and the rugs probably haven't looked this good since they were new.

It was super easy to schedule an appointment. The technician was very friendly and efficient. The carpet looks great!
The technician took his time and our carpet came out clean. . The only thing I question/ disappointed in is that y the stationary furniture were not elevated on the Styrofoam blocks. It made me question how close did he really clean near the furniture.

The service person arrived at the end of the time frame window which impacted our plans later in the day. In the rush to conclude (due to our evening commitments), we did not immediately notice some stains that were not initially obvious. The cleaning apparently did not resolve them.

It is impossible to prove.... but the technician pocketed my Ray Ban sunglasses... which were in a case.. how do I know?
