The carpet looked much worse after the cleaning. I notified you and was impressed with the option to have the carpet cleaned again. The same technician was sent out with the same results. There were spots in places I didn’t have them before. The technician was on his cell most of the time he was there both times even plugging in the phone to charge in several different rooms. While the carpet look ok when freshly done it was terrible when it dried. I had to get more help on the carpet from someone else.

The technician was very professional and efficient. The process did not leave soap in the carpet and the carpet dried very quickly.

The young man was very good and very knowledgeable.

The tech seemed in a rush and he didn’t put anything back when he was done. For example he took a chair out of my bathroom and put it on my bed and left it there. I don’t think he cleaned the grout in my bathroom.

This was our 2nd Zerorez service and we are so pleased with the results! The water only treatment leaves the carpet so fresh and clean with no sticky residue when it dries. We found after the first treatment that it stayed clean longer than with other carpet cleaning services we've used.
